Products purchased during sales with a discount, coupon, or gift voucher, are non-returnable, non-refundable & non-exchangeable. Please ensure you have consulted the size chart carefully for sale products. Size Exchange: Should you face any size-related issues with the product delivered, please email us at [Your Company's Support Email] within 24 hours from the delivery date. If reverse pickup is available in your area, we will arrange a pickup from the delivery address and resend the product. The reverse pick-up charges are to be borne by the customer (amount to be decided by the company). Please note that reverse pick-up might only be available for some areas. In this case, the customer is asked to send the product back with their name and mobile number on it. Exchanges are allowed for size issues only. If the desired size of the product is not in stock, a credit note will be issued to the customer. Damaged/Wrong Delivery: In case of a damaged/defective product or if an incorrect item has been sent, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery. We will replace the product as soon as possible.
Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation

We will guide you through the return process and arrange a pickup from your address for the damaged or incorrect product.

All applicable import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by the country of delivery address will be charged to the customer at delivery time.
